Absolutely not. There are all sorts of different shapes & sizes at my classes. Some have lost a lot of weight already but keep coming for the exercise & to keep the weight off,
some have lost weight but have further to go & some will have started recently.
But they are all friendly and all have been new just like YOU!
I am trained to work with people who have medical conditions and injuries. We will discuss any problems you may have, or if you are concerned about your ability to keep up
If you are concerned about whether you should exercise with your condition please speak to your consultant or GP.
Yes, it is a good way to stay motivated. If you would like to attend more than one class a week for exercise then there are various payment options.
