Exercise only

  • Fitness Pilates £42.00 for 6 week course

  • HIIT £34.00 for 6 classes

  • Tuesday classes are £30 for 6 if you do 1 class            or £34 for 8 if you do both classes

  • All other classes £34.00 for 8-class pass


What do I need to Bring?

  • A Drink of Water

  • Small hand towel or face cloth (optional)

  • Wear trainers & loose comfortable clothing

Is there parking?

All venues have car parks EXCEPT St. Matthews (Wed morning)

However there are spaces with meters just outside

or the Waitrose car park 30p an hour (about 5 mins walk).

Buses: the 200 bus stops outside.

You can't commit to a regular class- Not a problem you can attend any of the classes on our timetable (numbers permitting)                                                             *excludes Fitness Pilates


Worried you will feel self-conscious

Absolutely not. There are all sorts of different shapes & sizes at my classes. Some have lost a lot of weight already but keep coming for the exercise & to keep the weight off,

some have lost weight but have further to go & some will have started recently.

But they are all friendly and all have been new just like YOU!


Will my medical problem or injury be an issue?

I am trained to work with people who have medical conditions and injuries. We will discuss any problems you may have, or if you are concerned about your ability to keep up


If you are concerned about whether you should exercise with your condition please speak to your consultant or GP.


Can I come more than once a week?

Yes, it is a good way to stay motivated. If you would like to attend more than one class a week for exercise then there are various payment options.
